Responsibilities
- Field inbound provider calls and portal messages
- Coordinate with lab and courier teams on urgent requests
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of all inquiries
Qualifications
- 1+ years healthcare or laboratory customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort working in ticketing and LIS systems
