Request Kits
We ship you a supply of collection kits to keep on hand. Reorder anytime through the Provider Portal or by phone — every kit arrives complete with fixatives, requisition paperwork, and a prepaid shipping pack.
Step 2
Ship the Sample to Bio Gen Labs
Package the specimen in the prepaid courier pack provided and hand it off at your scheduled pickup, or drop it at a nearby shipping location. No cold-chain guesswork required.
Step 3
We Process and Read the Sample
Our CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited lab processes every specimen through redundant QC checkpoints. A Bio Gen Labs physician personally reviews time-sensitive cases, including weekend emergencies.
Step 4
Access Your Results
Once finalized, your report is available instantly through the Provider Portal, with faxed copies sent automatically. Full case history, including images, is ready whenever you need it.
